Build With Us / I Need A Prototype

You know what you want.
Let's build Version One.

You've already done the thinking. Now it needs to exist as a real object — something you can hold, test, and show people. This is where design meets fabrication.

A prototype isn't a proof of concept you throw away — it's the first real version of the thing, built to actually work. That means real electronics, real enclosures, real firmware, not a breadboard held together with hope (though sometimes it starts there too).

What Goes Into a Prototype

CAD & Mechanical Design

Enclosures, mounts, and mechanisms designed for the environment the thing actually lives in — not a lab bench.

Electronics & Firmware

Component selection, PCB or perfboard assembly, and the code that makes it all actually behave.

3D Printing & Fabrication

In-house printing in CF-Nylon, TPU, and ABS for functional parts — not just visual mockups.

Testing & Iteration

Real-world testing, failure analysis, and a second (or third) pass until it holds up.

Manufacturing Readiness

If a prototype proves out and you want more than one, we can prep it for small-batch production.

Documentation

Schematics, BOMs, and build notes — so the thing doesn't live only in one person's head.
